About ATW
Blake Ashby, the founder of ATW, has been assisting with or participating in business startups for over fourteen years. He formed ATW in 1993. Mr. Ashby has assisted with the startup or business plans of dozens of companies in a range of industries, including companies focused on computer hardware, software, internet, communications, medical, manufacturing, services and foodservice. Mr. Ashby studied political science at University of Missouri–Kansas City and University of Missouri–St. Louis. After leaving school, he worked for several Missouri Republican politicians. He co-wrote a book tracing the evolution of Liberalism through the scope of Utopianism with a local candidate for U.S. Congress, and also prepared a report on the City of St. Louis Desegregation Program for Jim Talent, then a member of Missouri’s House of Representatives and now a U.S. Senator.
